The central sticker is rectangular and oriented diagonally. It features a split design: the lower, larger section is a deep blue with a dense pattern of white and light blue speckles, evoking a starry night sky or galaxy. The number "1904" is prominently displayed in white, elegant serif font in the lower left of this section. The upper, smaller section is a pale pink or light purple, also with subtle dark speckles, and features a repeating pattern of three stylized, dark blue or purple crown-like symbols, possibly heraldic in nature. The sticker shows some signs of wear and is layered over a green sticker and partially under a larger sticker with white block letters.
