The sticker features a central square design with a distressed, light grey background. Within this square is an outline of a landmass, possibly a stylized map, filled with three vertical stripes: red on the left, white in the middle, and green on the right, reminiscent of the Italian flag. Below this graphic, in prominent white letters with a red outline and shadow, is 'MODO HOCKEY'. Beneath that, in smaller, red cursive-style text, is 'Örnsköldsvik'. The square is framed by thin green and red borders. This central element is placed on a larger, shield-shaped background, which is light blue and bordered by thin lines of red, yellow, and black. Partially visible at the bottom of the shield are the dark blue letters 'UCS'. The sticker is adhered to a metallic surface, which is stained with dark brown, muddy drips.
