The central sticker is circular, featuring a vertical red-white-red stripe pattern, reminiscent of a flag. Centered on the white stripe are the red capital letters 'L', 'Y', and 'N' stacked vertically in a serif font. To the left, on the red background, are the white numbers '18', and to the right, '96', also in a serif font. The lower half of the circular design is framed by a green laurel wreath. The sticker is applied to a dark brown pole and shows signs of wear, including creases and minor tears. Below the main circular design, a horizontal band with blue and white vertical stripes is visible. The main sticker is set against a larger, rectangular white sticker, which itself covers other stickers, one of which appears to have 'UB99' repeated in its pattern.
