The sticker is rectangular with slightly rounded corners, featuring a white illustration on a solid black background. The main image is a stylized, somewhat crudely drawn coffin, depicted from a slightly elevated perspective. Inside the coffin lies a white, ghost-like or skeletal figure with large, hollow eyes and a wavy, melting body that forms a W-like shape. Along the bottom edge of the coffin, the word 'GLASS' is written in a blocky, hand-drawn font. On the right side of the coffin, running vertically, is the word 'COFFIN' in a similar style. A small, stylized 'W' is visible on the upper right side of the coffin's exterior. The overall aesthetic is stark, monochrome, and somewhat macabre.
