The sticker is a rectangular, digitally printed image with a slightly uneven orange border, applied to a "Prohibido fumar" (No Smoking) sign. It features a stylized illustration of an older woman with short, reddish-brown hair, wearing a leopard print jacket over a dark top. She is depicted holding a lit cigarette to her lips, exhaling smoke, with a calm, almost defiant expression. On her dark top, small white text reads "apitis" and "Rmcf Fumone". To the right of the woman, a prominent yellow and purple "RMCF" logo, characteristic of Real Madrid C.F., is displayed. The background of the sticker is a vibrant mix of purple and yellow, with abstract patterns. Below the woman, the phrase "Aquí fumo" (Here I smoke) is written in large, yellow, bubble-style letters with an orange outline. Beneath "fumo", a small crown and a stylized lion figure are visible, with the tiny word "Lucios" below them. The overall style is illustrative and bold, creating a humorous and rebellious contrast with the underlying sign.

The top portion of the sticker has large, bold, dark purple text against a lighter, almost white background, reading 'MEGLIO PORCO CHE FASCISTA'. In the bottom right corner, there's a circular black and white logo for 'TENNIS BORUSSIA BERLIN' featuring an eagle crest with a 'B' in the center.
