The sticker features a vintage-style illustration set against a light blue background with a thin teal border. On the left, a man in a brown shirt and black pants is depicted mid-fall from an orange ladder, his body seemingly flung backward. On the right, another man, dressed in an orange shirt, dark overalls, and a cap, pushes a small, yellow, four-wheeled cart filled with dark, lumpy material, likely coal. The artwork uses bold outlines and a limited palette of muted colors, evoking a propaganda poster or social realism style. The ground beneath the figures is subtly indicated by a shadow cast by the cart.
