Her left eye is a reptilian eye, and the skin on that side of her face appears scaly and grey. Blue, tear-like shapes are depicted falling from her eyes. She is wearing a crown and jewelry. To the right of the portrait, in a grey box with a black outline and a light blue shadow, are the words 'LIZARD PEOPLE MATTER' in bold, white, sans-serif capital letters. The background of the sticker consists of radiating light blue and grey stripes. Along the bottom edge of the sticker, in a similar grey box with a black outline, is the text '@TERPSTREETART'. The overall aesthetic is a blend of regal imagery and a conspiracy theory theme, rendered in a graphic, somewhat distressed style.
