The sticker features a cartoon character, strongly resembling Eric Cartman from South Park, depicted from behind, bending over. The character wears a brown hat with 'SANKT PAULI' written in white. On the character's exposed buttocks, there is a small blue and white diamond logo, which is the emblem of Hamburger SV (HSV). The background of the sticker is brown. Above the character, the text 'DIE RAUTE IM HERZEN?' is written in white. Below the character, the text 'AM ARSCH IST MEHR PLATZ!' is written in white. The overall color scheme is brown, white, and skin tone, with a small blue and white accent for the HSV logo. The style is cartoonish and provocative, clearly referencing the football rivalry between FC St. Pauli and HSV.
